Background[]
Jaina Solo is a Jedi Knight of the New Jedi Order, the twin sister of Jacen Solo and the older sister of Anakin Solo. Born to Han Solo and Leia Organa, she inherited her father's mechanical aptitude and her mother's Force sensitivity, resulting in her eventual training at the Jedi Praxeum. During her time there, she had many adventures, including helping to thwart the Second Imperium, where she helped Zekk abandon the dark side of the Force.
When the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the galaxy, Jaina joined the New Republic military and distinguished herself as a Rogue Squadron pilot. She was constantly on the front lines of battle during the Yuuzhan Vong War, earning the title of Sword of the Jedi from her uncle, Luke Skywalker, and becoming known as an avatar of the Trickster Goddess Yun-Harla to the Yuuzhan Vong. During the war, she also became romantically involved with Chiss pilot Jagged Fel. However, the death of her brother Anakin caused Jaina to walk dangerously close to the dark side. She was later redeemed by Kyp Durron, and as the war waged on, Jaina discovered a way for the Galactic Alliance to use Yuuzhan Vong warships and biots to their advantage, participating in the war's conclusion.

Hangar - Jaina spends a lot of her time in the hangar, both on-duty and off. She is usually found either maintaining Rogue Squadron's complement of X-wings or modifying her pet project, a Baudo-class star yacht.

Notable Crewmates[]
Jacen Solo - Twin brother. She's older, and insists on reminding him of it as often as she can. Though not as joined-at-the-hip as they were before the Yuuzhan Vong War, he is still her closest friend.
Han Solo - Father, though the ship's Han is too young to know that yet.
Luke Skywalker - Uncle on her mother's side and the closest thing she has to an authority figure. Luke was instrumental in her early training as a Jedi.
Chewbacca - Again from a point in canon prior to Jaina's birth, though she sees him as a surrogate uncle. When the twins were infants, Chewie often cared for them when their parents were called away on Alliance/Republic business, though that didn't stop them from getting into trouble. Repeatedly.
Mara Jade - Aunt and former Master.
Wedge Antillles - Another surrogate uncle, Jaina has known Wedge her whole life.
Obi-Wan Kenobi - A man she has thus far only known through legend, her first impressions were that he was a little stuffy. Perhaps further contact will remedy that.
Anakin Skywalker - Egg-sucking son of a sithspawn Grandfather. Can't help being guarded and stand-offish around him.
Arha Masaari - New acquaintance among the ship's Jedi congregation. A little overbearingly familial to begin with ("Oh kriff, who is this and why is she hugging me?") but otherwise very friendly and supportive.
Indiana Jones - Definitely not her daddy.
